In order to ensure a smooth transition and ease your experience, we have developed some instructions and FAQ's to guide you through setting up a new account, managing or renewing your membership, and more.
How do I login as a CSME member?
When you login for the first time,
- Login with your user name. It is the same username. It has not changed.
- Your password will be “csme2015” [no quotations needed], if you did not already set one up
- You will be prompted to change the password to your preferred combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
- Please login as soon as possible reset your password.
From that point on, you will login with your User Name and your chosen password
How do I log in to my existing account?
At the top of our homepage, please click the Sign In button. If this is your first time, you will need to reset your password. At the member login page, please click the link Click here to reset your password. In the username field, enter your full email address, (ex. joedoe@abc.com) that is currently linked to your existing CSME membership. Answer the validation code question and click Reset Password.
The system will send you an email with instructions on how to change your password. Within the body of the email, click Reset My Password Now. You will be redirected to back to our website to change your password.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account Join Today button is at the top of our homepage and complete the require fields. If you wish to become a member click the Join button at the top of our homepage. Select the member type that applies to your area of expertise. Please note that your membership will not be active until full payment is received
How do I manage my profile?
Once you are logged into your membership, click My Profile in the Members menu tab. Here you can view your membership information and edit personal, professional, and other information.
How do I view my transactions?
Once you are logged into your membership, click My Transactions in the Members menu tab. Here you can view your open, processed, closed, pending and cancelled transactions.
Events:
How do I register for an event? You can view our Community Calendar on the homepage and click Register for the event that interests you. You must be signed in as a member of CSME to take full benefit of the member fees.
